'unknown' is updated by coap_option_check_critical if there is a critical
option, but as it is not passed in by reference, any caller does not see
any change to 'unknown'.
Pass in 'unknown' by reference.

If no observer exists, a new cache key is created and storage for a
new subscription may be allocated. If this fails, the newly created
cache key must be released.
This fixes CID 1504918.
Handle correctly the case when inserting before the last option and the last
option has a large delta and size that takes it over 5 bytes. Correctly
define the remainder of option space when calling coap_opt_parse().
The original requesting PDU is now kept with the Observe request along with
its data and used whenever an additional response needs to be generated.
Abstracted information from the requesting PDU is no longer kept in
coap_subscription_t as it can be obtained from the kept PDU.
No longer any need to check for request PDU in request handlers as it is now
always provided.
coap_resource_notify_observers() now ignores the query parameter, as a
cache_key is now used for request matching.
Ensure that EXTRA_DIST contents are included in make dist even
if configured without documentation. CLEANFILES is also set
outside the conditional area to enable proper cleanup.
Implement CN and SNI call-back checks for GnuTLS. The validate_cn_call_back
function provides "RPK" for the common name and the ASN1 of the peers
certificate.
Update coap-server and coap-client to enable validate_cn_call_back and
validate_sni_call_back for RPK.
For OpenSSL, correct typo in src/coap_openssl.c
For GnuTLS, make sure that the PKCS11 CA Certificate is trusted.
Updated HOWTO.pkcs11 for how to do this. Unfortunatately, this cannot be
done using pkcs11-tool.
The coap-server -n option (don't check peer) is no longer a requirement, so
removed from the HOWTO.
Include README and COPYING as well, so that they can be a part of a library
distribution.
Make this optional with ./configure --enable-license-install
which is enabled by default.
Install in PREFIX/share/libcoap/examples the source for coap-client.c and
coap-server.c with a standalone Makefile for ease of standalone code
development.
Add in configure option --enable-examples-source.
Included is a README, LICENSE and COPYING.
Example applications are built against the libcoap public API
and therefore prefix libcoap includes with "coap3)/".
The only exception is coap-rd which uses uthash.h from the internal
API. Therefore, "-Iinclude/coap3" is additionally passed as CPPFLAG
for coap-rd.
As the uthash macros have been moved to coap_resource_internal.h by
PR #582 [1], see commit da18643, the convenience macros and uthash.h
inclusion can be removed from resource.h

The target man-page-build requires the update pages' html to be
present. To avoid race conditions with `make -k`, upg-page-build now
has become a prerequisite for the target man-page-build.
