OpenSSL: Support user defined PKCS11 engine id.
...
Supported by defining COAP_OPENSSL_PKCS11_ENGINE_ID value through complier /
configure additional parameters which gets passed into ENGINE_by_id().
E.g.
$ ./configure CPPFLAGS=-DCOAP_OPENSSL_PKCS11_ENGINE_ID='\"pkcs11\"'

Contiki-NG: Fix two compilation errors on macOS
...
One compilation error was a redefinition of ntohs in coap_config.h.contiki.
Another compilation error was due to an unused function in coap_time.c.

coap_address.c: do not enable IPV4 broadcast as multicast with Zephyr
...
Adds a check to ensure IPV4 broadcast as multicast is not enabled when
using Zephyr as it will break builds with Zephyr's minimal libc, which
is missing ifaddr.h.

coap_session.c: Fix GCC array bounds warning for memcpy

Copying from the multidimensional coap_layers_coap array into the
coap_layers of endpoint::sock.lfunc triggers a warning from
GCC v13.2.0 as the global variable has no space for the end marker
COAP_PROTO_LAST.
This change adds an assertion to indicate that proto is always less
than COAP_PROTO_LAST.

coap_startup: Make coap_startup() first function call in examples
...
This then makes sure that all things libcoap are properly initialized
before use, and coders realize they need to do this.
Note: coap_new_context() continues to make sure that coap_startup()
is invoked if not done previously, but this may be too late.
