Use 'coap_endpoint_t' instead of 'struct coap_endpoint_t' in library source files where possible. Remove unnecessary 'struct xxx_t;' forward declarations. Remove unnecessary 'void coap_free_endpoint(coap_endpoint_t *ep);'
