Carsten Schoenert 8763228e2b libcoap-1.pc.in: (re)adding the API version to 'Libs' 
The API version was missed to the 'Libs' entry in commit
  45760a922d
We need the the correct API version in the *.pc file as pkgconfig can't
find the required libray without.

Olaf Bergmann 1ea9e1c213 Renamed libcoap-1.0.{map,sym,pc.in} to libcoap-1.{map,sym,pc.in} 
As commit 8380870 has simplified the API version numbering, these
filenames must be adjusted.
